Emily Theriault is a Broker for Commercial and Residential Real Estate with Portside Real Estate Group. 

She has a graduate degree in Health Administration, has completed Maine Development Foundation’s Leadership Maine, graduating 2024, Hanley Health Leadership Development, graduating 2023, and Kennebec Leadership Institute, graduating 2022.

Emily is a lifelong Mainer; raised in central Maine, and is passionate about the growth and well being of her community. She serves on the City of Augusta's Planning Board, and the Augusta Food Bank Board. She is a member of the Kennebec Valley Chamber's Cynergy group, member of Kiwanis and member of Cobbossee Lake Association. Emily is also an Olympia Snowe Leadership Advisor which has a program mission to raise the confidence and aspirations of high school girls by helping them develop the skills required to be leaders in their lives, families, careers and communities.

When Emily isn't working or volunteering, she enjoys spending time with her family. Emily and her family enjoy mountain biking, boating, hiking, skiing, and many other outdoor pursuits. She is a licensed white water raft guide, enjoying Maine's rivers at large. Emily and her husband, 2 bonus children and Vizsla (Piper) live in Augusta, ME.
